Remember this post yesterday about how good I was at exercising? Well today, my butt hurts. As in I put a pillow on my office chair and when I wanted to cycle today it hurt so much I dragged the exercise mat and put in the 30 day shred to get cardio in.
I'm hoping that with more practice, I'll be better. Googling seems to indicate that the sitbone soreness primarily affects people who cycle (spin) < 20 miles, three days per week. I'll try again tomorrow.
