You know its summer when the grocery abounds with peaches! And while I thoroughly admire all the postings I see about grilled fruit.....
...not going to happen. Don't get me wrong - I like the taste of grilled fruit. Just not the work. It seems like a lot of work for fruit. Maybe someday if I have grillable fruit on hand (do bananas grill well? idk) on a day we grill dinner? Or if we get a gas grill?

Method:
Peaches, cut up any way you want
splash of balsamic vinegar
couple twists of the pepper mill
sprinkling of powdered sugar (optional, I never do)
