- Paint Kitchen cabs and reconfigure dw area
- build headboards for the beds upstairs
- build a kitchen banquette
- install new flooring
- refinish stairs
- finalize a basement design
- do something about the interior doors (replace or add molding and paint)
- install trim for formal dining area
- epoxy coat garage floor
- plant a garden
